Two days before my the second Challenge Cup of the Redfish Action series, I damaged my scales. At 9pm, I ordered a new model 357 scale system and paid the overnight delivery charge. The following morning, I called and was greeted by a person, not a recording, whom was very understanding and helpful. I was assured that the scales would arrive before the weigh-in.
